We fly the roofs that cannot be walked.

Steep pitch, slate, three stories, wet shingles, the roofs most inspectors write up as “not accessible” are the ones hiding the expensive problems. Eleven of our inspectors are FAA Part 107 certified and fly them instead. It is another tool in the bag, not an upsell.

  This was Tim's second time out to inspect our home; first for the final and again for the 11-month. He found some things we'll go back to the builder to correct, and gave us good overall piece of mind about our big investment in a place to live. A different HIC inspector did our pre-drywall inspection and caught some things the builder would have let slide.

Home inspection has been some of the best money we have spent on our last two new homes. I can't urge people enough to invest a tiny bit more in their largest purchase.
