We were very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection, as well as how quickly we received the report back. I love the fact that I can access this online and I was able to submit the report to my loan company using online services as well. Since we live so far away, we were unable to attend the inspection, so I can't report to timeliness and dress. But I felt very relieved to know that he went through the house, and noted (and photographed! That was super!) the issues that he found. It put our minds at rest and it let us know that the house really is as good as we believed it was!

Patrick did a great job and really made the buyer feel good about the property. He was finished a lot sooner than we expected and that through us off the schedule. Since this was a new townhome property I wish I had known it would not take as long as we thought so we could have scheduled the builder's rep who was not as nice or professional as Patrick was and acted out a bit.

When the office called for payment and I returned the missed call from an unrecognized number, a lady answered and only said her name and that she needed my credit card number. Had she full introduced herself and explain what the card was for; I would not have been as hesitant to provide the information. It did all work out though, so it was not a big deal, just a suggestion.

I found the service prompt after the realtor's call. The inspector was actually early and was already working when the realtor and we showed up. We found him to be extremely thorough and very patient in his answers to our questions.

We did read the full report. I do vitrually all my own work and the report provides me with an excellent hit list. Notations on past infestation with termites are well noted, but a moot point. We religiously spray, professionally , every spring.

You will definitely be recommended to anyone who asks us.

He not only inspected the property/house well, he also educated me along the way on how to use certain items throughout the house (GFI, drain in attic, water shut off).The inspection caught numerous items I overlooked, one of which was quite significant: dealing with the substandard grading of the yard. As a result, the money of the inspection was well spent.What a great service. I’m impressed.MikePS: I also like the format of the report, in which a summary of all the deficiencies are included in the beginning. As a result, I just copied and pasted the results into an email, so the builder can address.
